You can request a refund 30 days from your initial purchase. You cannot request a refund for monthly rebills. To process your refund, we require your login email and order number which you received to your email. Your data will be stored for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us.
